Gaye Koenning

Gaye M. Koenning, MS, RD, MS. founded RPM Sports in 2007 after many years of experience coaching endurance athletes at her gym, Fitness Solutions.   RPM’s comprehensive service profile supports her belief as a coach that with the right combination of nutrition, training, and technology, anyone can optimize their fitness potential and excel at their sport.  She believes in a scientific approach to training that includes performance measurements, dietary guidance, and a real focus on the basics of endurance training including aerobic conditioning, sound biomechanics, aerodynamics, and technique/skill development. 

As a Level 1 (Elite) USA Cycling coach and Level 2 USA Triathlon coach her continuing education gives her athletes access to the most current knowledge in cycling and multisport training.  Gaye enjoys working with athletes over the long haul, which takes time, commitment and patience on both sides of the athlete : coach relationship.

Ronnie Strange

Ronnie Strange, Bike Fit Specialist, ran track for Texas A&M, where he earned a BS in animal science and Minor in business. Running since the age of 12, he took up cycling as an alternative means to staying fit and went from a Cat 5 to a Cat 1 in a little over a year.

Ronnie is a semi-pro cyclist in his third year of road racing. He has worked alongside the renowned bike fitter John Cobb and is a trained Retul Fit Specialist.  He also has worked with Bay Area Schwinn in Webster, Texas.
